The Portfolio is managed by Trojan Investment Management Pty Ltd (the 'Manager') pursuant to the Management Agreement.
The Manager is paid a management fee of 1% of Net Assets per annum. The management fee is calculated and paid at the end of each month.
The Manager is paid a performance fee when pre-tax profit of the Company (before provision for performance fee) exceeds a return of 8% on the Net Assets of the Company during any given Performance Calculation Period. The performance fee is 20% of that portion of pre-tax profit (before provision for performance fee) which exceeds the 8% hurdle.
